This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you may cancel an order placed with Lime Graphics. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Cancellation Terms
Orders may be eligible for cancellation within a limited time period after purchase. Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours and production has not started, we will cancel the order and, if applicable, issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.
- If production has already started or the order has shipped, the order may not be eligible for cancellation.
3. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are prepared specifically according to your instructions. For this reason:
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, even if the request is made within the 24-hour window.
- If you wish to modify details of a custom order, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after production starts.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation, please contact our support team within the allowed timeframe:

- Order number
- Name used for the order
- Email address used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
We will review your request and inform you whether the cancellation is possible based on the order status.
5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
The following orders are generally not eligible for cancellation:
- Orders for which production has already started.
- Orders that have already shipped.
- Custom and personalized orders once production is in progress.
6. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved and the order qualifies for a refund:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Processing times depend on your payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
- Any non-refundable fees or charges will be communicated, if applicable.
7. Partial Cancellations and Changes
In some cases, we may be able to:
- Cancel part of an order (for example, one item in a multi-item order).
- Modify shipping details or product options, if the order has not yet entered production.
Such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
