1. What products do you offer?
We offer automotive vinyl decals, stickers, stripe kits, 3D badges, emblem-style graphics, and custom-made designs for a wide range of vehicles.
2. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. We offer custom graphics based on your design, measurements, or concept. Contact us via email with details to receive a quote or instructions.
3. What is the production (processing) time?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders may require additional preparation time depending on complexity.
4. Where do orders ship from?
Orders may ship from either of our locations:
- USA Warehouse – Brooklyn Park, Minnesota
- Ukraine Facility – used depending on product type and availability
5. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries around the world. International customers are responsible for any import fees or customs charges.
6. Which shipping carriers do you use?
- USPS
- FedEx
- UPS
7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. All orders include a tracking number. Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.
8. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and customs processes. Estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed.
9. Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items. Custom-made products are non-returnable. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, unless production has already begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts.
11. What if my item is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We may request photos or videos to help evaluate the issue. If confirmed, we will replace or refund the item.
12. Are your decals easy to install?
Yes. Most decals come with transfer tape for easy installation. We recommend reviewing our Installation Guide before applying your product.
13. What surfaces can decals adhere to?
Decals can adhere to smooth, clean surfaces such as car paint, glass, plastic, and metal. They may not adhere properly to textured or rubber surfaces.
14. How long do your decals last?
Our decals are made from durable automotive-grade vinyl designed for long-term outdoor use. Lifespan varies by climate, care, and exposure.
15. Do you keep my payment information?
No. Lime Graphics does not store or access full payment card data. All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

17. What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
Contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. If the order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
18. Do you offer wholesale or reseller accounts?
Not at this time.
19. Do you sell items with official car brand logos?
No. We do not sell products containing official automaker logos or trademarks. Vehicle brand names may only be used for descriptive compatibility purposes.
20. My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive the package.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance or check with neighbors.
