Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from Lime Graphics. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Return Conditions

We accept returns for eligible non-custom products. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be a non-custom product.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The item should be returned with original packaging, if possible.
  • You must contact us and receive return instructions before sending any item back.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt) is required.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom orders and personalized products.
  • Items produced according to customer specifications (size, design, color, text, etc.).
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation, handling, or use.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for non-custom items, subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be processed, a refund (for eligible items) may be issued instead, according to our Refund Policy.

For exchanges due to customer preference (such as different size, design, or color), the customer may be responsible for all related shipping costs.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photo or video evidence to evaluate the issue.

If the claim is approved, we may:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Offer a refund for the affected item, or
  • Provide another suitable solution, at our discretion.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team before sending back any items:

After your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases where we have clearly made a mistake.

7. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse a return if the item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
  • Apply a partial refund if the item shows signs of use or installation.

8. Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, the exchange or refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy and the timelines of the payment provider.

9. Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
