This Shipping Policy explains how Lime Graphics processes, ships, and delivers orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Custom orders may require additional preparation time depending on complexity.

2. Shipping Locations

Orders may be shipped from:

  • USA — Primary Warehouse
  • Ukraine — Secondary Facility

The shipping origin depends on product availability, type of item, and destination country.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers for domestic and international shipments:

  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • UPS

4. Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order is shipped.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Worldwide Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, customs processing, and carrier performance.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on:

  • Customs inspections

Exact delivery estimates may be shown at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.

7. Delays and Carrier Issues

Lime Graphics is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Packages delayed by customs
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Weather-related delays
  • Carrier disruptions or operational delays

8. Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
  • Refunds for undeliverable packages are not guaranteed.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Lime Graphics is not liable for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the carrier directly for resolution.

For packages lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements may only be issued after the carrier completes the investigation.

10. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately due to:

  • Different product locations (USA / Ukraine)
  • Stock availability
  • Size or packaging differences
