Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once production has begun. Processing time for all orders is 1–3 business days.

Orders may ship from USA or Ukraine, depending on the product and availability.

All orders include tracking numbers. We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other external factors.

6. Pricing & Payments

Accepted payment methods:

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store or access full payment card details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for non-custom items only.
Customers must request a return within the timeframe defined in our Return Policy.
Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has started or the order has been shipped.

All designs, branding, and content on this website are the property of Lime Graphics.
We do not sell products containing third-party logos or trademarks.
