Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Lime Graphics. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only for:

  • Non-custom items
  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Orders canceled within the allowed cancellation window (see Section 5)

Custom-made items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

2. Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • You must contact us prior to returning any item.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, email, or receipt).
  • Photo or video evidence may be required to evaluate a claim.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized products
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or use
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)

4. Processing Refunds

Once a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times vary depending on the payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
  • We do not issue refunds to alternative payment accounts.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellation and refund may not be possible if production has started or the order has shipped.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • A return is approved due to our error

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Packages held or delayed by customs
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Refunds for lost or delayed packages may be issued only after the carrier completes an official investigation.
